Launch of the African Securities Investor Relations Initiative 2010

African Information Solutions for Companies Online Limited (“AIC or African Is Cool”), a pan African shareholder communications service provider, is pleased to announce the launch of ASIRI 2010, a project to promote global visibility of annual reports of every listed company in Africa on the internet before 31 March 2010.

AIC believes development of African economies and markets is enhanced through efficient, free dissemination of financial information. AIC expects that with the assistance of a yet to be identified significant private sector corporate sponsor and proactive awareness initiatives targeted at African directors, the current population of annual reports within AfricanFinancials.com will grow to over 7,000 annual reports before 31 March 2010.
